1. Status of l8_ver140_2014_May_22_1241.bof (Mode 10-19 Issues)
   • Unit test results
     • Glenn is reviewing the results of Joe's tests - did not seem to fix problem, but not a GBT test.
   • Regression test plan
     • Background on regression testing
     • Requires resolution of the ADC calibration fixes
     • Astronomical tests (H1 galaxy)
     • UTC delta modes (all modes)
     • Power & channel vs. time (all)
     • Data & exposure value normalized comparison (all modes)
       • Proposed change is characterized as minor
2. Progress on ADC calibration / downloading coefficients
   • Issues with calculating MMCM optimal phases for all the various bof file and clock rate (frequency) combinations
     • ADC Calibration Background
     • I [John] think we should compile some bofs at lower clock speeds and try them to see if the problem Paul reported is due to that. Probably Jason or Randy could handle that in parallel with Glenns work on the ghosting
       • Bof works ok, but calibration fails - rebuilding bof may solve this problem
     • in testing OGP changing of ADC calibration occurs if clock rate changes. May require a lookup table preloaded to set calibrations (24 entries)
       • Manager function change required [minor new MR requirement]
       • Jason will obtain table entry values
     • Python cleanup is complete
     • MMCM fix should be in place for June 6 obs; OGC is not guaranteed
       • Mode 1 -1500 clock rate needed for obs - prioritize
3. Status of INTEGRAT / Blanking testing
   • Tests of Mode 19 tests went ok, more tests in other modes needed
4. Status of "missing channels" problem
   • Fixed and tested
5. Weekly testing schedule
   • Thursday (till 2:30pm only)
     • 11-12 Mode 10-19 Image issue replacement bof (Amanda)
       • Tests of INTEGRAT / Blanking in other modes needed (Amanda)
     • Tests ADC calibration of 8-11am (Paul)
   • Friday (till 2pm only)
     • nothing currently scheduled for VEGAS

   • Software engineers should be using a GBT ops software CM&E account - Account 893252
   • Electronic engineers should be using a GBT ops electronics CM&E account - Account 432510
   • Commissioning activities should be getting charged to hardware support and testing - Account 432510
   • Scientists assisting with shared-risk commissioning should be charging an observer support account
     • 432540 for the most part. Accounts 142020 (GB-based staff) and 142010 (CV-based staff) for when you are helping with overarching observing support (not problem solving, VEGAS specific)
