DIBAS Status

The hardware was not collected on Monday, since the shippers did not realize the remoteness of Green Bank. It should be collected today, and flown to Shanghai on Saturday.

Marty has completed the compliance matrix for the hardware and software contracts.

VEGAS Status

Mode 2 and 3 testing was completed successfully on Sunday morning. A test report document has been completed.

It appears that the VEGAS GBT M&C Manager is now on the critical path. We propose to keep the relevant resource working on completing new VEGAS modes through the end of this month. He will then switch to preparations for DIBAS commissioning in Shanghai, and return to VEGAS mode completion when DIBAS preparations are complete. This introduces the risk that the completion of the planned VEGAS mode testing will slip past the end of August, but we judge DIBAS commissioning to be of higher priority. This also raises the possibility that we will be in conflict with PAF for Anish's time. We will reassess this two weeks from today.
