Analog IF tests

• 1pm set up. C-band
• Configure for banks E and F. VEGASDM looks really weird; seems like cal is flickering on and off very rapidly.
• Try Banks C and D. Looks the same.
• Scan 1 vegas_test_cband_mode02_tp_local_30sint - 60 second scan - actually looks reasonable
• Try Banks E and F - scan 2. Also looks ok.
• Change swper to 10 seconds - Scan 3. now VEGASDM looks as expected
• Change swper to 1 second - Scan 4 - looks normal (aliasing as it used to be)
• Run scan 2 through temp.py. Two different IFs lie on top of each other perfectly.

C-band tests

• Modify run RRL_w3_crrl_nopk to read config from /users/rprestag/vegas/config_4_8.py
• Lines ~ evenly spaced from 4.0 GHz to 8.0GHz (allow for 23.44 MHz bw at ends)
• Using banks C,D,E,F
• Scan 5 config_4_8.py
• Scan 6 - lost track
• Scan 7 - slimmed down config_4_8.py
• Scan 8 - config_4.4_7.6.py
• Scan 9 - config_4.5_7.5.py
