• test streaming data monitor and gather info for scientific staff on operation

• application looks for outside libraries. needs to be local to work on titania and ariel.

• Scan 5-6: KFPAMode20OnOff7+1Beams8Spwsall -- thought I changed to mode 24 to see if everything was working under high data rates, but forgot to save script
• Scan 7-8: KFPAMode20OnOff7+1Beams8Spwsall -- successfully changed script to use mode 24.
• Scan 9-10: KFPAMode20OnOff7+1Beams8Spwsall_fsw -- trying frequency switching. Works.
