script used for mode2 test observation -- Lmode2specfresw
Scan 1,2 no data due to problem with vegas manager. Manager was turned off and then turned on using CLEO device explorer and problem went away.
Scan 8 mode 2 data with tone at 1420 MHz. Tone appeared at the expected channel ~8301 for Sig='T'
Scan 9 mode 2 data with bin centered tone; freq 1429.2675 MHz. Tone appeared at the expected channel 8200 for Sig ='T'
Examined exposure time. It changes with freq s/w as expected when LO blanking is present.
Examined noise switching. Noise `on' corresponds to Cal='T' state in GBTIDL

Scan 13 mode 3 data with tone at 1420 MHz . Tone appeared at the expected channel ~8273.9 for Sig='T'
Scan 14 mode 3 data with tone at bin centered freq 1393.99414 MHz. Tone appeared at the expected channel=8700 for Sig='T'
All other scans are scan taken for debugging.
The `signal to noise ratio' (ie the ratio of `signal' from the CM output to the noise floor of Galen's module) at the output of Galen's module need to be checked with 950 MHz filter selection.
