wvr_stat_all

Return to directory of Todd's CASA extensions

This is a function in analyzemscal.py which calls es.wvr_stat repeatedly for each combination of spw and polarizations and produceds a PDF. It is called by analyzemscal.

Usage: 

amc.wvr_stat_all(vis, refAnt='', qa2_output_dir='', autoscale_yaxis=False, wvr_gaintable='',
                 scanintent='BANDPASS', solint='int', spw=[], pol=['X','Y'],
                 nsigma_coherence=5, unwrap_phase=False):
  • wvr_gaintable: the gain table to use when running the gaincal with WVR corrections applied
