    • Meeting schedule while I'm in Chile
      • Oct. 11 (OpsRR) no meeting unless some of you want to use room/time for discussion
      • Oct. 18 meet as usual at 4PM EDT (I will call from OSF)
      • Oct. 25 TBD (I travel up to OSF that day) but probably ok
      • Nov. 1 TBD (I travel down from OSF that day) may need to reschedule
      • Nov. 8 I'm back, meet as normal, probably TT preparation will be main event.
    • ACTION: Carol will run meetings while I'm in Chile though I will try to call in
    • Everyone should go to all-hands meeting tomorrow at 4pm, new account/charging scheme will be described.

    • Tutorials (Kartik)
      • ACTION: Need tiger team to evaluate John's slides (will be sent around tomorrow) at 2pm EDT in Room 209 Crystal, Scott, Kartik, Carol, Brenda, Gerald, James
      • Poll for invitation to tutorial
        • ACTION: we need to better understand our options and results of OpsRR before sending poll. Tony will go ahead with community invite to HIA tutorial in Jan. and the poll idea will be discussed again in a couple weeks.
      • Community call for community sponsored ALMA days (we need to start on draft)
    • Documentation (Jim)
      • John's request for new presentation web pages
      • ACTION: Jim will begin looking into it, update for Oct. 25 meeting
    • Science Web (Aaron)
      • ACTION: Aaron will make changes from last week by this Sunday Oct. 10
    • Helpdesk (Tony)
    • NAASC presence at science meetings (Adam)
      • ready-to-print poster(s?)
      • hand out materials (primers, quickstart guides, mousepads)
      • short (5-15m) advertisement talk
      • informal tutorial during poster sessions (seems a bit much)

      • ACTION: Adam and James will work together on a draft poster to be presented at Oct. 18 USG meeting (to be used for Nov. conferences)
      • ACTION: Kartik will look into printing more mousepads
        • Update from KS: Checked with Pat. There are 35-40 of them left. They cost roughly $2--$3 per pad and obviously more we order the cheaper it gets but $2 is a good number to go by. We are getting a quote for 500,1000, 1500 and 2000 and we will have the quote by Monday. I would recommend that we order at least a ~1000.
