This program plots the average Tsys per spw in a caltable

Usage: 

es.tsysAverage(self, caltable, qa2_output_dir='', showFlaggedSolutions=False, startant=0, stopant=-1)

Example: 

CASA <2>: es.tsysAverage('uid___A002_X99c183_X25b6.ms.tsys')
