snrToPhaseRmsDegrees

Implements the formulas in the Synthesis Imaging textbook (Volume 1) that convert from S/N to rms phase: 7-51 (for snr < 1.837) and 7-52 (for snr > 1.837).

Usage:

au.snrToPhaseRmsDegrees(snr)

Example:

CASA <3>: au.snrToPhaseRmsDegrees(1)
  Out[3]: 64.33233523179355
CASA <4>: au.snrToPhaseRmsDegrees(10)
  Out[4]: 5.729577951308233
