sidebandToNetSideband

Return to directory of Todd's CASA extensions

Converts from the [-1,+1] convention for [LSB,USB] to the measurement set convention [+1,+2].

Usage: 

au.sidebandToNetSideband(sb)
Inputs:
  • sb: -1 or +1

Example: 

CASA <3>: au.sidebandToNetSideband(-1)
Out[3]: 1
