resetVisibilities

Return to directory of Todd's CASA extensions

Set all visibilities to a single user-supplied value.

Usage:

au.resetVisibilities(vis, newval=1.0, spw='')
Inputs:
  • vis: name of measurement set
  • newval = real or complex value
  • spw: integer or string or list of spws to process (default is all)

Example:

CASA <2>: au.resetVisibilities('uid___A002_X93514d_X220.ms.split',spw='0')
Will set data to 1.0
Found 4 DataDescription IDs
Will process spws =  [0]
