Usage for printTsysFlags

Return to directory of Todd's CASA extensions

Opens the Tsys Cal table and find the channels that are flagged, detecting whether it is the whole spw, or not. Returns a string suitable for adding into the html table (when called from analyzemscal). If caltable is specified, also print the results to the screen in readable form. Only works for the "new" format cal tables.

Usage:

mystring = amc.printTsysFlags(caltable='', pipecaldir='./', ms='', edge=3):
  • Either specify pipecaldir and ms (which it will combine), or the caltable name directly.
  • edge: this is the number of edge channels to ignore on each edge (default=3)

Example:

CASA<02>: mystring = amc.printTsysFlags('mytable.tsys')
