Usage for polarizationUncertainty

Usage:

au.polarizationUncertainty(I, Q, U, sigma):

• I, Q, U: the flux densities of these three Stokes parameters
• sigma: the image rms noise, in the same units as the flux densities of I, Q, and U

Example:

CASA <2>: au.polarizationUncertainty(1.26, 0.048, 0.015, 0.005)
percentage polarization = 3.991% +- 0.397%
