For ALMA Cycle 3 (and onward) data, determines the channel averaging factor from the ratio of the effective channel bandwidth to the channel width, and comparing it to the dictionary values in windowFunction.

Usage:

au.onlineChannelAveraging(vis, spw)

Inputs:

• vis: measurement set
• spw: integer ID

Example:

CASA <2>: au.onlineChannelAveraging('uid___A002_Xac0269_X756.ms.split.cal',2)
  Out[2]: 2
