nonzeroPixels
Return to directory of Todd's CASA extensions Counts the number of pixels with non-zero values. Should not be run on a large cube! Will run out of memory.Usage:
au.nonzeroPixels(img, applymask=True, returnPositiveNegativeCounts=False)Inputs:
- returnPositiveNegativeCounts
- if True, return 2 values: the numter of positive pixels and the number negative pixels; if False, just return the combined total
