NAASC Memo Series

Author Submittal Process

• Author sends proposed Memo to Lance Utley ( libweb@nrao.edu)
• The Memo is sent to A. Wootten who handles the review process
• When the review is complete, A. Wootten sends the reviewed ALMA Memo to L. Utley
• The ALMA Memo is assigned a Memo Number, with the author and A. Caceres informed of the assigned number
• The library adds a standard header with the Memo type, Memo Number (i.e.; ALMA Memo # 1466), Title, and Author(s) at the top of the first page of the Memo
• The Memo is converted to PDF
• The Memo is posted to the Library webpage: http://library.nrao.edu/memos.shtml
• An announcement is sent out that the Memo is posted with the link
