Computes bolometric luminosity from water maser luminosity using Urquhart et al. 2001 Eq 9

Usage: 

tt.LbolFromLH2O(LH2O, trials=1000)

Example: 

CASA <12>: tt.LbolFromLH2O(1.0e-5)
Monte-Carlo: 9706.36 +- 14236.6 Lsun,  range=1.29403e-204-inf Lsun
1-sigma: 15234.1 +- 2.42983e+08 Lsun,  range=561.337-4.85967e+08 Lsun
  Out[12]: (9706.3648657440863, 14236.62467415462)
