Compute the Kelvin per Jansky conversion factor of a FITS or CASA interferometric image using the beam size and frequency. See also janskyPerKelvin.

Usage: 

au.kelvinPerJansky(img)

Example: 

CASA <4>: au.kelvinPerJansky('g10.34_KDnh3_11.hlineap.self.image')
