Return to directory of Todd's CASA extensions Converts a CASA angle quantity dictionary to the angle in arcsec. See also headerToRadian and headerToDegree.Usage:
au.headerToArcsec(mydict, unit=None)
Example:
CASA <4>: au.headerToArcsec({'value': 1, 'unit': 'rad'})
