Usage of getCorrelatorNameFromMS

Return to directory of Todd's CASA extensions

Returns the correlator name in the specified MS's ASDM_CORRELATORMODE table (if present). See also getCorrelatorName and getObservatoryNameFromASDM.

Usage: 

  au.getCorrelatorNameFromMS(vis)

Examples: 

CASA <2>: au.getCorrelatorName('uid___A002_X5e8889_X214.ms')
  Out[2]: 'ALMA_BASELINE'
CASA <8>: au.getCorrelatorName('uid___A002_X5ba4da_X407.ms')
  Out[8]: 'ALMA_ACA'
