countPagesInPDF

Return to directory of Todd's CASA extensions

Returns the integer number of pages in a PDF by using pdfinfo.

Usage: 

au.countPagesInPDF(pdf, pdfinfo='pdfinfo')
  • pdf: the name of the PDF file
  • pdfinfo: the path to the pdfinfo executable

Example: 

CASA <3>: au.countPagesInPDF('test85.pdf')
  Out[3]: 22
