copyflags

Return to directory of Todd's CASA extensions

Copies the FLAG and FLAG_ROW columns from one dataset to another. They must be of the same number of rows and distribution of shapes.

Usage: 

au.copyflags(vis, outputvis)
  • vis: input dataset
  • outputvis: destination dataset

Example: 

CASA <2>: au.copyflags('uid___A002_X8f2f97_X1c1.ms','uid___A002_X8f2f97_X1c1-wvr-corrected.ms')
