casaEphemeris

Return to directory of Todd's CASA extensions

Finds the time sampling of an ephemeris table in the CASA repository in data/ephemerides/JPL-Horizons. See also getEphemeris.

Usage: 

au.casaEphemeris(table='', body='')

Example: 

CASA <3>: au.casaEphemeris(body='Uranus')
Checking table  /home/casa/packages/RHEL6/test/casa-test-4.6.3/data/ephemerides/JPL-Horizons/Uranus_55197-59214dUTC_J2000.tab
interval = 1.000000 days, length = 4017.000000 days
