Usage of build_ms_list

Return to directory of Todd's CASA extensions

Builds a list of ms's in a pipeline test results area by searching the html results table. See also build_amc_exec_list.

Usage: 

amc.build_ms_list(prefix='/home/safe.nrao.edu/content/alma/PipelineTestResults/May2013_heuristics/', outname='mslist.txt', searchString='')
  • searchString: can be used to limit the list to those html files that contain the specified string (such as a username).

Examples: 

CASA <2>: amc.build_ms_list(searchString='')
list of 41 ms left in file = mslist.txt
CASA <3>: amc.build_ms_list(searchString='thunter')
list of 25 ms left in file = mslist.txt
