EPO f2f - Tanya attended on behalf of NRAO - reported that there were frank discussions about how to publicize early science.
Will be working on new web content in coming year
President Obama will be in Chile and will be at a presentation about NA telescopes
Point sheet about value of telescopes (VLBA) for the press in order to educate about importance of this science
March 16-18: SP, OT & Helpdesk deployment test - March 17th
Redirection - master ldap in Chile, registration will happen (master database) in Chile. Portals will be deployed as expected. EA will be hosted at JAO.
March 21-23: critical review of Proposer's Guide - please look for inaccuracies
March 21-31: Write knowledgebase articles
March 24: SP/Helpdesk accessible by users (but not all documentation posted)
March 30: CfP released
