Transportation Information

• Taxi Service: Reservations with Yellow Cab can be made via email (dispatch @ cvilletaxi.com) or by phone (434-295-4131). Yellow Cab offers the following flat-rate fares between regional airports and the Colonnade Club:
  
  • from CHO to Colonnade - $25
  • from IAD to Colonnade - $173
  • to IAD from Charlottesville - $160
  • to/from RIC (each way) - $130

Accommodations

Colonnade Club

• Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
• Colonnade Club Directions and Parking Information - IMPORTANT
• Keys can be picked up at the Colonnade Club Office in Pavilion VII on the Lawn every day between 9am and 9pm. Guests arriving after hours must either make arrangements to pick up keys in advance OR retrieve their keys from the UVa Police Station/Welcome Center on Ivy Road. Please advise the office of your time of arrival so that we may have keys available at the appropriate location. Reply info @ colonnadeclubyva.com or phone (434) 243-9710 to make arrangements.
• If you are arriving late in the evening, and need to go to the UVA Police Station, here are directions from the Charlottesville airport to the police station
• The cancellation policy for regular reservations is 2 business days in advance and must be received via email. Any reservation not cancelled according to this policy will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
