    • Inauguration occurred. All reports suggest good worldwide coverage despite competing South American news.

    • Operating on two turbines; considerable wet weather during the Altiplanic winter.
    • 55 antennas at the AOS.
    • Nutator delivered, testing has begun.
    • All ALMA Front Ends have been completed. An integration facility has been installed at the OSF.
    • Power. PPS to power portions of the AOS array
    • CSV: Testing long baselines to begin soon.

    • Board agrees on abstracts becoming public upon a program being accepted into the high priority queue in Cycle 2 and beyond.
    • Congratulatory words for ALMA Cycle 0
      • Report from the ASAC F2F Meeting, Feb 15/16 2013: "The ASAC feels that the quality of the delivered data look excellent. These are producing groundbreaking science outcomes covering a wide range of science areas, including astro-chemistry, the Solar system. star and planet formation, the life cycle of stars, nearby galaxies, active galactic nuclei, and the high redshift Universe. The ASAC congratulates [the] JAO, ARCs and all those who [were] involved with these high level achievements despite [] the difficulties of the early science operations during its major construction phase"
      • ALMA Board Meeting minutes, March 15/16 2013: "the Board agreed with the ASAC's response and congratulated the responsible JAO and ARC staff who made this possible."
