  1. New Business--Project news/updates. (Hills, Peck)
    • ASAC Report and JAO Response
    • The Board has now approved the following definitions of the top level milestone and "noted" the dates that are given on the last page. Updated_Milestones
    • Here are the slides from a brief presentation REH gave to the Board. You will see the two items that got the most attention were the new plan for which pads we use at what stage and the update to the science requirements. Science_Items
    • Lots more things being completed: first two radiometers passed their provisional acceptance in-house (PIA) and are being shipping, one to Chile, one to Munich. Third (engineering model) Front End has PIA today.

  • An initial memo on algorithms for phase corrections has been submitted for the ALMA Memo series. The non-refereed version can be obtained at this URL. Comments very much welcome. (Note added later: the URL now points to the refereed final version of the memo).
